The problem

Independent language teachers in France run their compliance on Digiforma, the platform most use to stay Qualiopi-certified. It handles the paperwork and fails at the teaching: it's an admin tool retrofitted for e-learning, every async lesson is hand-built module by module with no reuse, the e-learning itself is static pages and quizzes that don't adapt, and asynchronous speaking practice — the one thing a language learner needs most — simply isn't possible. Meanwhile a training session ends and the learning stops, unless the trainer doubles their own prep.

The product

One live session becomes a week of structured follow-up practice for every learner, built from what was actually taught. No additional prep. The attendance records, signatures and audit trail collect themselves as a by-product of teaching.

What it took

Encoding an entire regulatory framework (Qualiopi) into software — digital signatures, contract generation, compliance dashboards, automated reporting. AI does the work, a human approves it before it counts. Live with a paying client who uses it every week.
