What I've built — each one started with a real point of friction.
Products live with real users. Built solo, from first conversation to running system — research, product decisions, design, AI workflows, billing, launch, and the operations that keep it alive afterwards.

How I work.
Small businesses don't need an agency and a six-month discovery phase. They need someone who can sit with the problem, decide what to build, and ship something that works.
I take a project from observed problem to running software: research and scoping, product direction, design, build, AI workflows where they earn their place, launch, and the operating instrumentation to know it's working.
Fixed scope. One person accountable. You own the code.
The short version
A history of solving systems problems.
I began as an educator and school leader, working inside the complex systems that shape how people learn, communicate, and make decisions.
I moved into technology strategy, operations, and customer experience — redesigning workflows, automating repetitive work, and helping teams adopt better tools.
Today, I lead Chamberlin Innovations and take products from observed problem to working software: research, product direction, experience design, AI workflows, and launch.
What comes next
Find the friction. Build the useful thing.
I'm interested in practical problems, overlooked users, and products that make complicated work feel clear.
