Infrastructure projects collect community input across meetings, field reports, surveys and consultants — then can't answer the question that decides everything at a public hearing: what did people actually tell us, and what did we do about it?

The product

A platform that captures the full engagement record, links every claim back to evidence, tracks sentiment and organised opposition over time, and prepares teams for the moments that record gets tested in public.

What it took

Multi-tenant architecture, AI analysis over unstructured field data, and a reporting layer built for people who have to defend a decision in a room. As Chief Technical Officer I own the entire technical stack, built with a co-founder who runs the client side.
